the bottle is probably glued shut so i'd just make a new one, you'll need bottle , silicone, glue, purified water and a WHITE fabric softner .........1st put a dab of silicone in the tip of the nipple and squish it down with a eraser end og a pencil till a little silicone comes out the nipple hole.......let dry......next take some silicone and put around the nipple neck / the part that bottle top rests in .....put in bottle cap.....wipe any excess.......take 1 oz fabric softner and an oz of purified water ......mix .......eyeball it .......you can more of either......if you want a more formula look a SMALL drop of yellow food coloring can be add'.........put glue on the bottle cap threads.........screw on .......let dry............good luck.......sage

I personally don't do the milk bottles but maybe one of our forum members will see this and get a hold of you. Otherwise you may want to contact BB or another doll kit place and see if they have any available on their website that you can purchase hun.
