Question about Eyelid Vein Guide

Hi,

I purchased the Eyebrow Hair and Eyelid Vein Guide from Secrist, along with the set of four paints (Eyelid Tint Blue, Eyelid Tint Purple, Eyelid Micro Vein Red, and Moist Glaze Medium). The chart doesn't tell where to put the purple. Anyone have any tips on painting eyelids?

P.S. Do I paint the eyelid veins before or after I do the foundation and blushing layers?

I always do the foundation layers and blushing before I do the eyelids. But you might want to do them first and then cover to make them more subtle. Its your choice hun.
