I saw some vampire babies on ebay and was wondering how hard it woud be to make the teeth?  Do you make them out of clay?  If so how do you attach them to the babies mouth?  Do you put them in the mouth before or after you finish her?  how do you attach the teeth?

You can use sculpey, or something called (at least in the states it's called) Friendly Plastic. It comes in strips and you melt it and shape it. I'm not sure exactly how you would attach them, but I think a vampire baby would be awesome to make! :)

Everyone can't like everything out there. It does sound like an interesting idea.
As far as the fangs... I would use sculpy or any polymer clay, make the teeth and get them fitted perfectly. Then you can use loctite to secure them in the baby's mouth. Since you are using a glue, you would have to do them as the last thing like with rooting and lashes.
Depending on the baby's mouth, you may want to mold the gumline into it also (if gums are showing), kind of like dentures lol. Just consider the same basic steps as someone (like June for instance) making fairie ears to apply to the doll's ears. It's the same process. :D
Hope this helps.
