I have a Cookwell from Homeart in Australia, it has 2 burners on the top, but as I'm over 60, sometimes I dont worry about my health, and use the one in the kitchen, know I shouldn't. XXXXX June.

If you search the forum for "ovens" you will find tons of stuff on it, including pics, names, kinds, etc hun. It's better than waiting for people to post that info again :)

Ash, here is the link to my countertop oven:
http://www.nextag.com/Hamilton-Beach-31197-Countertop-66736994/prices-html?nxtg=493f0a240526-10C9BE8E65CF403B

I also used the search feature for forum and put in counter top oven. I got 7 posts and some of them give links to what others have for ovens. You can also put just "oven" or maybe "countertop", something to that effect. One of the topic threads has 50 posts and some have said what they use.
Originally I was going to get a Black and Decker I found at Fleet Farm. It was $99 at the time, went back and it was gone. So I got the Hamilton Beach instead. Same oven, different brand. As long as you don't use it on "convection" and don't use a toaster oven either.

Hope this helps!

Yes, as it is a less expensive appliance. But the heating coils, temp control, and closeness of the unit are why it's not good for doing the dolls. They just burn up, get crispy, or melt away in less time than you are supposed to put the paint at to cure.

Its not so much the lightbulb as it is the electric heating coils. Or is that what you were referring to?

That's part of it. Also the closeness of the heated area. And convection can melt your kit or at least not cure the paints cause the heat is circulating in the oven, which makes the vinyl hotter.
