Not only is it my job, but I LOVE helping others. I have over 30 years in customer service. We have such a nice helpful bunch of artists in our forum. So it's not just me, everyone contributes willingly :)

I too love customer service. Thats why I went back to retail. I really missed helping customers find what they're looking for.

Is there a way you can add a list of members who are "ON" so we can see if anyone else is on when we are? That would be cool. We have that on another doll forum I'm on for MO dolls.

Go to list all users, and if you see a guest on, ask them to join. We share all our knowledge with members. XXXXXX June.

How do you know they are on? Are they the one's underlined?
