When you click on a certain persons profile there is a white board there and when you write on it that person can see what you wrote to them . But so can everyone else so if you want to send a private message click private message and only you and them can see it :) I'm new to !

And the chatboard is to let people know who posted what so if you don't want to go through the entire forum you can just look to the left and see who posted. But... it only shows the last 8 posts, the others go to the next page. AND... if you actually post in the little box above where it says send message, it will go on there and dissappear after 8 other posts and people cannot answer your questions there. I asked that it be taken away but the webmaster said it can't.
I just love going through each topic to see what/if people posted.
But yeah, each forum member also has a whiteboard in their profile. I don't use those, I'd rather send a pm (private message).
