They say Secrist eyes are OK to leave in while baking but I personally would take them out if they are already in and as Sage said do them after the last bake while the vinyl is still warm, this stops the vinyl from getting damaged. Hope this helps. XXXXXX June

It ALL helps. All the information you nice people have given me.

By the way, do you ever do multiple babies at once? Like give them "all" an internal wash, vein them, base coat them, etc. etc.?? Just curious. . .

I think there are a few of us that do the "production" method. I know I do. And sometimes I'll just do all the internal washes (only Secrist, AV, and DD vinyl should need any). I like to do it that way because then while I'm waiting for one in the oven the next one is being done. I rotate my babies in line for the oven. I have a regular oven (for cooking) and a countertop oven (for babies only). I only do Secrist/AV/DD babies in my cooking oven as the other may be toxic when baked. The 3 I mentioned are non-toxic. :)

On the eye thing, you can use our search feature and it will come up with lots of eye stuff for you. Also if you are wondering about the "countertop oven" that's in there too. Have fun! :)
