I've been looking thourgh my old Secrist magazines and there is a great tutorial for milia in a 2008 issue. Just thought I'd share with everyone.
"before you seal the "skin" mix a pea size of Matte Varnish and a similar amount of Genesis paint one shade darker than your blush. Use only a small amount of thinner, mix to a creamy mixture. Roll the bristles of a small round brush (or use a toothpick) until well loaded and there is a "point" of paint on the tip. Dab a very small dot on the area you want the milk bump to be. Heat set. Then mix the same amount of flesh color (08 or ect) and the Varnish just as you did in the first color than apply with the brush (or tooth pick) and apply a smaller dot on top of the previous dot. Heat seat paint. Then seal as you normally would. You can either cover the first dot competely or leave a small ring of color for that irritated new skin look."
I've tried it and it works for me, too. Thanks, Tina!
