The mint (or a toothpick tip of pthalo green added to your flesh 07) will correct the orangish undertone on the Berenguers. Otherwise Secrist has come out with a orange color corrector paint especially for kits like the Berenguers that have the orangish tint to them.
You're not doing anything wrong hun to make it that way, it just naturally is, right from the manufacturer.
