Did you try not putting any spaces between the letters? I think she did that in forum with the spaces as some places will put X's instead of the e-mail addy. Try with no spaces from start to finish and see what happens.

Have tried no luck it keeps getting sent back to me. Shame I would have liked the dvd's :(

Just click on her name on the left side above her avatar. Then when the new page opens, go down to the bottom (or near) and click on private message (PM) and send her a message that way.
