hi everybody i have just watched the sculpting dvd and would like to know at what stage do you put hair on the baby and paint i have no idea and hope someone can help marlene

Hi, is the picture of the baby you sculpted? If so, you are doing great. You usually bake it then paint it. I don't know much about the hair, though.

Hello I haven't sculpted myself however friends of mine have. I have one that adds her berfore she bakes and on that added a wig after she bakes. Pat B. should be on soon though and have all the answers you need.
You would bake then paint with the Genesis if you like. Or I believe (don't quote me lol) you can also use oil paints, depends on which clay you are using. I have previously posted on painting and rooting hair on sculpted bubs in this subject or the rooting thread.
You can either root (on unbaked scalp) or use a wig (after baking and painting) or you can just glue strands of hair to the head. See my post elsewhere.
