How do you apply these capillaries? What about some on the other parts of the skin? confuse

Some people take a soft brush with only one or two hairs and use the reddish color wrinkle and crease color to paint them. Yes, you can paint them other places too if you like. Just look at real baby skin, it'll give you a hint! :)
