I noticed that when you have a sleeping doll, that the eyelashes are rooted in. Can you also root the eyelashes on a doll with open eyes or do you have to glue the eyelash sets on them?

We usually recommend that you glue them on to the lids on the open eyed ones. Some people (very few) root them but depending on how you do it, it can compromise the vinyl.
