I have the strawberry complexion paints without the label off. The pinkest one is the blush, it shouldn't be hard to tell apart. The other two are harder, but the lips are pinker than the creases and wrinkles. The creases and wrinkles are the most purple of all three. It won't ruin your doll if you get them mixed up. Actually, I use one thin coat of the lip paint on the lips, and then one thin coat of blush. The lip alone is too purple for my taste. Wrinkles and creases does do best using the correct paint, but even then if you use the wrong one (such as the lips), it'll be just fine. Just try to use the blush as blush, otherwise your baby will turn out purple. I hope this is helpful.
