HI everyone i am so confused i am new to this some people say purple wash the outside some the inside i don't like to use the purple wash but say I have a tegan sculpt from bountiful baby, how do u get the pinkness out of the vinyl if u don't purple wash. I have done tegan and he looks ok but is still a little pink. Does anyone know where any local classes are in charlotte north carolina or surronding areas. Im fixing to do a jaden sculpt by bountiful baby and i need someone to guide me. thanks for your help.
As shaky said, check the other posts. We have a lot of forumers that use the BB kits too. They are a pinkish-purpleish color and I never use the internal wash on them.
I always have to do the color correction on them too so I have a nice color to start out with. There are many posts you can find on this too.
I am working on a BB kit and I did a mint wash. Add a bit if green to your flesh tone. Just a bit. I added to much and it had a earthworm pink tone. I then added a yellow wash which gave it a nice olive tone. I have no pink/purple baby now! It matches my sons tone nicely. Angela
