I am afraid none of these answered my question. I'll just go with the method in the dvd and not the tutorial in the 2010 - 2011 product guide on page14. I just thought that perhaps there were circumstances where the dry method might be more effective than the wet one..
I thought I had already answered this... hmmmm. Well anyway, I do like the wet method better than the dry (which isn't really dry) because it coats the entire inside of the part. The dry method is more for spot placement of the blue for either a more dramatic or controlled placement. If I use the dry I just put it where I want it and not the entire peice.
