I like this forum, I wish the AV side would go to this kind . . . but anyway, it is nice to be able to actually post a picture and they UTube thing is kind of neat too! 
So, anyway, I am Tina McCulloch(AKA Tina's Tots-dolls).  I have been an apple valley dealer for about 8 years and love using Apple Valley Chris for character and theme dolls such as Harry Potter and Friends, and even Hanna Montanna!  Since it became more difficult to sell the AV dolls after reborning really took hold, I switched to reborning but found that too eventually became a glutted market.  So . . . I decided to create my own niche and started doing the character and theme dolls in the large size and with the addition of the Bambi body from AV, I launched into creating toddlers.  It is fun to see what AV heads meant for the 22 inch bodies can be used to create 30 inch toddlers.  My wish list would include bringing back the "Onie" face and turning here into a translucent as she would look really cute as a toddler since her head is a larger one.  And, maybe some bent toddler legs for the 30 inch size and last, more vinyl for the Chris legs!

Hi Tina!

Glad you mosied over here from AV.

We would probably get a forum setup like this for the AV side but there is really very minimal activity over there. I know, there's not much happening but we've had a few things, and a few new people over there.

Post here any time but remember, read the rules, play nice (as I know you will) and post "LINKS" only  Big Hug

Yup, that's Jilly Bean--doesn't she look great on the Bambi body! I figure I have found about 8 AV heads that look good on the Bambi body. I still think Onie would be great for the Bambi body if they would bring her back in translucent.

Ya, I know, but I can't... I'M REALLY ADDICTED! Not only to newborning/reborning but also to the forum!!! hehehe

And now that you have Corey on your avatar, my answer to your "guess what AV face is combined with the Bambi body in my Avatar" question looks totally WRONG!!!! It changes all your avatar pics in your posts throughout the entire forum. OOOO

Secrist's TINA!!!! I'm not used to you doing other than AV. You had me going there (and if I'm wrong I'm really going to be embarrassed!!!). I haven't seen her with that much hair and it was also the angle I was seeing her at. WOW what a change in a doll kit! Good job!

You are correct!  They named that face after me!  Ha! Ha!  It's a little bigger so I thought I would give it a shot with the Bambi body.  I also did one with the Sunflower head and a lady from Finland bought it off my web site.  This "tina" has done Ebay twice and no takers so I think she will just stay on my web site for a while until her new Mommy finds her. 
Now to think of another doll picture to confuse and annoy you Pat!  LOL!  (I know, I need to get out more often too!)

Have you tried her with a Pia wig or maybe in Infant wig? I love the short hair and then baby barrettes!

I tried Pia, it just didn't look right, looked a little too old. The infant doesn't have enough volume to it to make the head look right, since it is a little smaller than normal. This is actually a curly wig that I pulled up into pig tails. It looks good down too. Maybe I will post a picture of that in the AVatar! Ha! HA!
