If you would like to post/ask a question, please post in one of the topics/threads to the right of the "chatbox. That way you will be sure to get an answer and help!

The "chatbox" just shows the current topics/threads people have posted in recently, so if you put your message there, it not only can't be answered, but it will probably get erased.

If you are looking to use our "search" feature, to find an answer before you post it in a topic, just click on the word SEARCH in the red bar at the top of each page, then type in your word(s), and click to get your answer. All the topics will come up relating to what you type in.
