Hi there!

This is my first doll with painted hair. Made it with "brow brown" Genesis and thickening medium. Still needs to be weighted in limbs and manicured, but almost done now :)

First step - to paint the hair (took me two hours to cover the whole head up)

Assembled, I couldn't wait to finish everything LOL. Featuring the hairy hands of my BF:

Dissassambled again (changed my mind):

 

So, let me know what you think! I really enjoyed painting hair, far more than rooting. Maybe this will be my new "thing"? :D

In that last collage of pix, did you "thicken" the hair up? It looks great!

Thanks Kim! Yup, I've added A LOT of GHSP thickener! Looks better without the flash, though (no shine) :)

Maybe this will be the first doll I put on Ebay or Etsy, I'm more than pleased with the way it turned up!
