I'm so pleased with how they came out, the vinyl is lovely..neutral and soft, and all the detail is still there. The prototypes are in the hands of the reborn artists now, and will be on ebay 8th August. If anyone wants to pre-order please visit my site www.abigails- angels.co.uk kits should be in stock end of August, beginning September.

That's wonderful Abby! Glad the detail is still there as many have some dimished detail from the way they were originally submitted. Are they LE?

OK. And thanks for guessing Kim lol. 500 is a pretty good LE amount. I hope she sells well for you hun and they go out of stock. I always thought about sculpting a doll and having kits made of it but I don't even know where to find production information.

Thanks Pat :) I had a lot of trouble finding info on how to go about it, in the end I found a couple of companies in china, and a couple of european ones and emailed them for quotes..it is soooo expensive though so pretty nervewracking! I think I have got just enough pre-orders to cover the costs as long as everyone pays their balance!

I wouldn't even know where to start looking hun. I googled it once and it wasn't what I was looking for so I left it go.
Did you go with the European company or China? Are they vinyl kits or vinyl/silicone?
I'm sooooo glad you got pre-order payments and I hope too that everyone will be honest and pay for the balances. Do you have a facebook page? I have connections with lots of reborners and sculptors on there as fb friends and they are always announcing new kits and stuff and getting sales that way. Just a thought hun :D

I went with joydolls in china again as they gave the best price, other companies are everyest dolls in china and once so real of germany.

One of my prototypes is finished! It's by wendy of wendy's babies, she is sooo talented I can't wait to see what she's done with her. I should have photos very soon, will post them here when I have them smile
