crease in vinyl- HELP!

ashamedHello- does anyone know how to take a crease out of the vinyl?  It is in the chin of the doll.  Should I fill head with polyfill and heat with heat gun and set with ice? thanks

Put a hand towel in the bottom of a sauce pan fill with water and boil and she should reshape herself (this is what you do for a flat head)

Thanks Honey for calling me a lady, but I'm just JUne. Yes, one of my heads had cloapsed out of shape and I thought I would have to send it back, contacted BB and was told to do that, it worked a charm. XXXXX June
