they can go into shape by baking, or , here is another remedy from another post :put a hand towel in the bottom of a saucepan and fill with water and boil, that she should reshape herself ! :)

I had this happen and got on to BB and that was the solution, boil with a towel in the bottom as it brings it back to the original mold shape as Ashley has said. XXXXX june.

Yes. that's right! Or you can stick it in the oven like you do when baking the layers of paint on. Vinyl, silicone/vinyl mix has a "memory" and should spring back when heated. :D
