Nope, never heard of her but I don't know a lot of ppl on ebay.
Maybe she's having an issue? Hope you get it sorted out.

PS... I'm leaving your "pic" because its tiny and doesn't show up well unless you click on it. I don't normally do that if it's outside of showcase but... in this case I'll make a rare exception hun :)
