Rooting eyebrows is very tedious and hard for most artists to do hun. It takes alots of practice and time to do a proper job of it. I have done them before so I know whereof I speak. There are other posts on eyebrows if you should want to search for them. :o
Thanks Emily (and welcome back!). That is 3 of the 4. I think they're watching squirrels, or geese. My big red has taken those 2 under his wing so to speak. They used to live in an apartment but now have run of my house. They love the windows, you can tell, they all have wet nose smudges on them hahaha
Buffington, I'm a "cat person" too. I even wondered if it was possible to reborn a kitty??? No kits for that, I'll bet, and can you imagine how long the rooting would take? I have a golden like you (Sally), big Siamese/Tabby mix old man (Rufus), and a snow white kitten (Sara). They give so much love, especially when you are down or sad or sick. Sara is at the stage where she doesn't walk, she runs or prances or leaps. So much fun.
Ooooh, Poppy, you should check out the post in AWRAF about a reborn werewolf. It's awesome!! And you CAN reborn dolls into other creatures, Sage has a link somewhere to someone that's done some AMAZING things with kits turned fantasy creatures!
There is a Monkey scuplt, a few of the girls in ozzie have done them, seeing I'm not a lover of rooting, they wouldn't be for me. But then again you may like that and it may suit you. XXXXX June.
Thanks Poppycat. They are my "other" babies. I also have a black/white tuxedo shorthair (Mimi) that is about 13. She is the queen and will not associate with the 2 newer kitties. She tolerates them but will not usually play with them. I call her my little crabby paddy. :)
As far as cats, you can add clay to any of your babies to make them into animals, then paint. Someone in the artist showcase I believe, had taken one of the 6" babies and made it into a cat. Really cute, you'd love it. :)
I haven't seen the werewolf but I will go look. I'm actually afraid of them (silly I know). But there are monkeys and orangutans that are in kit forms if you're interested in them. I know that SR sells those kits. Yes, imagine alllll that rooting! :o But some just glue fake fur to them instead. Or they use an adhesive and lay the hair on them (kind of like AD does with some of their dolls... ie: Charlie and WH Emily).
