Hi I have found a toddler boy doll that is in need of repair I bought him for 25.00 he was so cute thought i could repair him but I just dont have the time. Looks like someones family dog found him and chewed on his foot (see photo). He is adorable! On his neck it reads Pat Secrist 1999 then signed at the right below the signature it looks like GAB 22. On the tag of his body it states that he is a johannes zook original. If you are interested in him please let me know you can email me at pealgirl@zoomtown.com or just post a note here I will get back to you. Thanks

Is the foot the only problem? If so, I think the only thing you would need to do is replace the limbs. Limbs usually come in a package that includes both arms and legs.
It is possible that the vinyl color will not match. I think you have two options. You can order replacement limbs from Secrist and attach a new leg yourself. It is sooooooo easy. Just cut the tie that is holding it on and then re-attach a leg using a new cable tie. It is truly easy, and this would be your least expensive option. The other option is to pay to ship the doll to someone to repair. You would incur a charge for the parts, labor, and shipping. Again, it is possible that the vinyl limbs will vary in color.
If you prefer to have someone fix it for you, I'm willing but live in Arizona. Just wondering if there is someone who lives closer to help you. PM me if you are interested.
Linda

Your doll is a "Gabriel" from Apple Valley Doll Works (sister company of Secrist Dolls). Pat Secrist is the sculptor, and the "Zook Kids" name is what their dolls used to be called. Most of them were signed by Pat's wife, her family name was Zook.
If you would like to get a new limb, please contact support@secrist dolls and ask for a "baby" limb, pre-painted. It should match pretty close. Tell them that it is a Zook Kid. Pat and Joanna will know. Let them know that you posted in the Secrist forum and I said to contact them for help. :)
