Here is the major problem I have with a blouced-up deal...the sale started on July 7 2010..I order mine on the same day mid-afternoon..I'd bet you the moon that my 3 torso's went from my order sheet to another person that had a much larger order...and I was pushed into the "Back-Of-The-Bus",and then kick off the bus...

Hey Ladies and Genltmen,

I sent an email to rdk and i wasn't thinking I would be getting any response from the ceo.. However, I did and she said that she just processed it and she gave me my tracking number for the ups... Because she is working late tonight but I can't check it until they pick it up after 5:00 pm...

So that's the update true story ~~ the end!!!!

Ya, at least she e-mailed you about it. But I'm sure she would prefer you to put that "refund" towards other merchandise. Some companies should have a website like Secrist & BB... when they are out of something, you just can't order it!

Its like Discover card... I sent a $600 pmt that never got posted to my acct. I called and wrote and they said they never received it. So their advice was to send another. Hesitantly I did, demanding that IF they found the prior check to either return it and NOT cash it. Well... they found it sitting on someones desk and they DID cash it. I asked for a refund and they said they don't do that. So they got $1200 of my money I couldn't afford to spend.

I just hope she sends you your refund Sam! I would keep on top of that if it were me! Keep us posted

I've had that happen before OUCH! They told me it will go towards your next payment so I'll be ahead and I said Great I would be able to buy food to eat this month but at least I'm ahead in my payments!

She does not seem to want to refund my money...by-the-way has anyone at all here bought any of the torso's by Carol Kneisley from RDK?
Or anywhere at all? If so what is the quality like and how realistic is the sculpt?

Steve, I haven't bought any of the torsos, no I'm no help there. :(

As far as refunding your money, I wouldn't let her bully you into ordering something else. A very politely worded letter requesting a refund is definitely in order, and if that one doesn't work, I hate to say it, but another politely worded letter alluding to you involving certain authorities might be next. I would hope it wouldn't come to that, though.

Simply tell her that you understand she was overwhelmed with orders, but that in light of that fact, you would like a refund in the amount of "x", and that you wish her the best of luck in her future sales.

Mactopolis I just think she is waiting to see if you are going to buy other things that equal the amount of your orginal bill. I thought she was a fraud at first but I had to set aside my own fears and what other people were saying. I just left it alone I did what I call a check in. Were I would say where do I stand on my order, most often times she doesn't reply.

I guess in all if we think about it(?) Would we be the same way if we had an online company, that had a huge sale... Would "we" be slow and wouldn't we want our customer(s) to buy something else for the same price, Just so "we" could make that extra money that might lose in a days work? I suppose we are not all built the same in fast and slow speeds. I am not making excuses for rdk. The way they run their business is not for me to judge nor will I ever in the future to others. I am sorry you are going to have to go to the bank and do legal stuff. But sometimes it's in our best interest to protect ourselves.

Here is the last email I got from her after my refund...I'm a very socialble person and so I shared a few of my babies pix with her.

She replied:

I'm glad everything is working out for everyone. Sometimes with certain people you have to hit them from another angle. Otherwise they think everyone is just an angry customer. That was a good thing you did Sam. Sharing things with people sometimes puts them a little more at ease and a little more willing to be nicer than they have been. Don't you think so ?

YESSSSSS!!!!! I did and they are the ones I ordered..... I got whitney, maya, cutie Pie, and Raine.... However i am a little intimadated with the whitney sculpt she is 20" and looks big.. lol I am not used to doing a size like her. So she will be last...

Now for some needed supplies before I get to work on them!!! lol

I'm new to this art, but I think I've learned my lesson quickly. Over a MONTH ago I ordered a Raine kit from Cindy at RDC, and still have not received it. I have sent her quite a few emails and did get two replies: One just said "I'll look into it and get back to you." - So I sent a response thanking her for her willingness to do that. I got a second reply saying she "was shipping it and would send me a tracking number". Its been two weeks now, and despite several more emails to her, I have not received a tracking number or my kit.

Funny, on her site she says that stuff about "Are You Saved Yet?" implying that she is a devout Christian. Hmmmmm, I don't know. Christian is as Christian does -- and it appears she doesn't . . .

Oh well, optomist that I am, I'll keep sending her nice, non-threatning emails and maybe she will find it in her heart to send me Raine.

Yes, same here. I got my hopes all up because she told me she found a Sunshine kit and would send me an invoice, and I still haven't heard anything beyond that. I've emailed her several times with no response.

I sent Cindy another polite email last night. Still no response. I wonder if she reads this forum and decides which orders to fill based on what is said. Maybe not, 'cause she seemed to decide not to fill my order before I posted here.

Things have really been hot and cold with her for quite some time it seems. As you have probably read all the posts in this thread, there have and continue to be issues. I would love nothing more than to put in an order and get my items in a reasonable amount of time. I think she does read some posts somewhere as I think someone posted earlier that she would have returned their money (or sent their order) if they hadn't have posted about it. Hmmm... one never knows.

Hopefully it will all work out. Maybe she is having issues again of some sort. I would hope she would get someone to help her if she needs it. Its very frustrating to have to send inquiries about something that should have just been done easily.

BOL to you ladies and let us know if/when you get your items.

Cindy from RDC/RDK...... She's a nice woman... But if your not at least once a week or more inquiring about your order... and asking when has it shipped... She takes a while....

I played the symapthy card lol...... so to speak..... and She was like checked your order it on the way... after like 3 weeks... this was a while back..... though... all I can say is that she's slow.... and in time you will get your order....

furious Be warned.  Cindy from RDK is back.  She has formed a new company called
Simply Irisitables (I can't spell that word!!).  She is selling Faith, which is a sculpt by Heather Boneham.  Only on her site she says "they", whoever they are, has RECREATED the sculpt down to the exact detail of the original, and that hers is just as good as the original.  I think Heather might have a cause for a lawsuit against Heather.  Thankfully, that is the only sculpt she has available right now.

I can also think of another legit Irristables company who probably is extremely angry with her for implying a relationship based on their good name.

Doesn't sound too good, honeyloves...maybe you ought to email her and get her to tell you if she has it in stock and if not that you want an immediate refund! Why let her hold your money when you could use it to get more supplies you wanted...?

I love DBS, Secrist, and BB,and I found Rodger on Ebay who has posted here before and he is in Canada, but still shipped me my stuff ontime and at a great price. I got 2 Linde Sherer kits $20 below what everyne else wanted for the exact same kits! I was elated!

Do not be fooled by Simply Irresistibles. There is another company called Irresistibles. They're reputable and very nice.

Myself personally, I wouldn't have anything to do with RDK or any of her companies. She never did what she said she would do for me, and I finally found what I was looking for elsewhere.

I am new to reborning and am just sick over my order with RDK cry I now see the website is closed "temporarily".  Not sure how to proceed with this-I spent a substantial amount of money on a bundle + extras disbelief
