a big life-saver for this one would be to get the special reborn techniques dvd. but, off the top of my head i know for sure, you will need the premixed vein paint, pyrol (sp?) red 02 and 05, and burnt umber, and some of the lower number flesh colors. i hope i could help, and my best guess would be to get the Dvd, you'll learn soooo much!biggrin

dear adel, the secrist company has a dvd-special reborn technique encyclopedia, part 1.in it michelle barrow belisle address' dark skin babys-if there is a part 1 there must be a part 2. also for a dark baby you need-yellos ochre-burnt umber-flesh 02,03 and 05 and i believe a red.this dvd deals with dfferent things but in the dark skinned it only deals with the skin tone which is why i said you might want to check out part 2.i haven't seen part2 yet hpoe this helps yours sage

Hmm I think Pat B posted somewhere in here about coloring for ethnic babies. Did you try a search in the forum yet? I think its fairly recent.

Yep, I did, and I just made it a sticky in this topic. Should be one of the first 3 at the top of the page :)

One thing about critiquing babies...
"beauty is in the eye of the beholder" so take it all in and put all the comments together before do anything. Not everyone like their babies the same way (kind of like coffee! LOL). You add some, you don't put other things in, you do what you like. KNIM?
Basically take all comments with a grain of salt so to speak.
