Hello everyone,I have a question!  I did a pooh bear doll
and he turned out looking chaulky dry type skin, not powder
looking just dull like I used flat paints!  What can I use to get
the dullness from my babys face?  The limbs turned out fine.
Need help from anyone that knows what I'm talking about.
                                                                         Thanks Nanashouse

Sometimes people have taken a terry towel and wiped down the parts to remove the chalkies. It too depends on what kind of paints you used and what kind of material the doll is made of (ie: vinyl, vinyl/silicone, silicone, plastic, etc).

Also, my suggestion would be to search the forum both under the painting (where you posted here) and also misc chatter. I know there are LOTS of threads on chalkies.

He doesn't really look bad at all in the picture. I'm not sure what you mean by "dull" Hard to really see his face in the picture.
