how much hair?

does anyone know how many 1/2 oz. packs of mohair i sould buy for 4 15in dolls? i wanted to get the angelic touch curly hair and i wanted it thin, but i know the heads are smaller this time and i've never used the curly hair. if anyone could tell me or estimate how many packs i sould get, that would be great!confuse

How many one half ounce packages of mohair depends on how thickly you root, the mohair quality, and how long the strands are.  If you truly root very sparsely, you might only use one package for all of them. 

I would personally hate to have a problem and not have enough mohair so I would want at least an ounce or one extra package available. 

Hopefully some others have an opinion on this as I have rooted the preemies, but not the 15-inch dolls.

One 1/2 ounce will be enough for 4 15inch babies. It also depends on how much you waiste when rooting.

Yes, that should be good, but I always like to have some extra. I never know (unless I have used that particular hair before) what kind of waste there will be, if any. So I order extra just incase.
A 15 inch baby would be the size of Secrist Louise in case anyone wanted to see an example.
