Needle Size

I bought the Secrist rooting kit ($38).  Does anyone know what size needles are in that kit?  I'm trying to find out if they are thin enough to do the eyelashes with or do I need to order 40 gauge needles.

I just looked through the Secrist website and got my answer....38G came with the kit and I need 40G for eyelashes.

We do also have the eyelash rooting kit online in our store and I see they have 40 guage needles instead of the 38 guage they used to carry.

In general, a 38 needle will not work for eyelashes, and it will give you pluggy hair. I advise you get finer needles for all your rooting anyway.

I use the needles for both rooting hair and lashes. I find the thinner higher guage needles work well for either.
