Hi,I am a sort of newbie, at least to the forum. So I hope I am placing this in the right place. I can't seem to find this problem on any page. I have a kit called "Sandy". The vinyl is very red. I can't seem to find the right color of paint to cover the red. Do you have any suggestions to help me out? Has anyone else had this problem?
Hello This question can be answered through the painting questions & technique section somewhere. You have to really search it, however do you have a color wheel? An absolute must for reborning and color correcting. A green or mint wash or a tad added to your flesh tone mix, should do the trick to tone down the red color. Hope this helps
You always want to neutralize your "off" colors so that you have a nice peachy neutral color to start with. Your base color will determine your final color of your baby. Like Tina said, make sure you have a good color wheel and go from there. You'll use the direct opposite of the color you want to change with some flesh color to neutralize it.
