What order do you paint in?

What I mean is, is there something on here I have  missed that tells in what order you should paint the doll?  Like do you do the blue first, then veins?
I have her here and Im ready to go but scared to start LOL

You can find directions on secrist website along with videos. I seen both ways. I think it is best to apply veins first then your flesh tone.

Yes, everything is on the DVD's as Angela said. I change my beginning order around a little so I do the veins first and then the base flesh layer (just in case I get my veins a LITTLE too dark). Also if you need to take a vein off you don't have to worry about taking off the basecoat.

This forum is not a place to "learn everything about reborning"! It is just a HELP and discussion place. If you want to "learn" how then get the DVD's. That way you have one basic beginner way and you can take off on your own after you learn the basics to develop your own techniques!

I start my veining first then the flesh base.  I am fairly new to reborning myself and have all the dvds but I have to say the forumns are the best places to find answers however for the most part, you'll learn as you go and also make some mistakes.  Mistakes an important part of the learning process and very helpful you'll be amazed each time the new things you'll learn, want to avoid and want to try on the next baby.
Good Luck and most importantly have fun!
