Hello all, I am a new almost doll maker.LOL have bought two but havent started yet.
I am an daycare owner and teacher so am around kids ALL day long. But these cant talk LOLOL
I live in western NC south of Asheville. Beautiful country.
Have two sons, 5 step sons, and 8 grandchildren. Three girls, four boys and one angel who beat us to heaven.
So just wanted to say hi to all and will hopefull talk to you again soon.

Welcome to this great group of people!
I too am very new. Have bought a couple of dolls and haven't started yet. There is so much information on this forum it's wonderful.
Looking forward to hearing how you enjoy painting and bringing your dolls to life!

Hello Karen, I'm sure that you will be hooked on this forum as I am, I get in trouble for being stuck on that thing so much, but well he sleeps a lot of the time and I don't complain. But I must admit he does sleep for a reason, He had a bad fall 3/01/07 and is in a lot of pain . Used to work like a 40 yr old and has aged so much. Needs hip replacement and spinal surgery and has acute sleep apneha(spelling check).At the moment ,EVERYBODY< I am painting Pheobe, with Genesis, Yeh. so far so good. Karen she is the first I have done with this medium, don't know if she will be a winner, didn,t get yellow in my paintsso have had to subtitute for eyebrow colour, Wil probably do a different colour over the top.
