I believe Secrist will determine the winner.

Hello Melissa, Welcome to the forum, As Loves said, Click on Contest rules and you will get all the information there, are you thinking of entering. I am, if I get my Pheobe Kit and get painted, Dressed and photographed in time. Not that I think I will win because I haven't used Genesis paints before.weirdfaceJune M from Oz.

Hey girls , thank you for the welcome and the response!! The reason I had the question is because in the rules it says Secrist. However ,on the homepage it says the public will be allowed to vote on the 3rd. Thanks again!
