Was wondering if someone can help me, i have the art of newborning 1 & 2 and followed stephanie as she went thru on my zoe kit, but i just cant work out how to get that beautiful complection it looks very pink and rudy in colour, i have the petite paint set (not premixed) and was wondering if someone could give me some idea on what colours combinations make what dont have to tell me exact quantitie as i can work it by eye but its what colour to mix with what, im getting my taffy kit hopefully today so i have a new sculpt to start with,

trying to help here i dont have a petite set which one do you have hun the Paint Set: Advanced Petite or Paint Set: Basic Petite Genesis I can try look at the colours and see how to mix a nice blush tone for you (((hugs)))

Thanks TEA, The paints i have are: flesh 8, flesh 7 phthalo green phthalo blue burnt umber dioxazine purple pyrole red 02 titanium white and glazing gel
These are the ones stephanie sullivan uses in Art of newborning 2, I must say im not too unhappy with my first bub but i would like to have a bit more of a creamy complection,

well peachy complection i would use pyrole red 02 a toothpic of burntumber and depending on the depth youd like use it thinned alot with thinners or for a softer touch mix just a tad of flesh07 with it just to lighten it some, for a strawberry look you really need pyrole red 05 it might be worth looking into secrist strawbery set, or you could try pyrole red02 with a bit of phthalo blue this will take the orangey look out and give you a deeper pink tone hope this helps hun let me know how you go (((hugs)))
