filling 1/4 leg limb question PLEASE HELP!!

I am currently working on 'MOmmy Loves You' and she has 1/4 length legs, I have only used 3/4 lefore so I just was wondering about filling the shorter ones, would I fill the limbs to the top and instead of just using only fibrefill in the legs on the body would I use a little sack of glass beads too. I am worried that the 1/4 limbs are going to be so floppy if I only fill them.

 With the teacher here we,only did the bottom but I guess if you are a little worried you could make an inner tube with the plastic pellets and put fiber in arround that, not to stiff though, so they bend easily for you to pose them.weirdfaceJune M from Oz

When filling short limbs I usually only fill them just above the ankle and wrist, then stuff with polyfil and sometimes I seal them, sometimes I don't.

I put a bag or nylon stocking of pellets or glass beads in the head too. Then the main weight of the doll in the body surrounded by fluff to make it cuddly.
