Petite glazing gel
Permalink

Hi everyone,

Ok well i decided to start doing my zoe sculpt after yesterdays post, i must say shes turning out very well for my first, i am nearly to the stage i think the painting is near complete, my question is, the glazing gel that comes in the petite paint kit is it a heat set or an airdry, i need to give a touch of shine to my lil ones lips as they look very matte at the moment,

I will try to get an in progress shot up in the gallery shortly for CC on my attempt so far

Ok, Disregard what I just said if you already read it lol!

Edit: I just looked more closely, and the glazing gel and air dry gloss are not the same thing, Sorry about that!  I thought they might be the same.  I double checked my tutorial and the glazing gel is heat set.  It says you can do about two layers if you would like, just bake in between each layer (normal time and temp, or use your heat gun).  Remember that lips are not always too glossy and neither are nails.  Hope this helps!smile

Hugs,
Meghan

Remember to use the heat gun just for a few seconds, other wise you,ll end up with a shiney baby. I,ve already made that mistake on 2 of my triplets. I think the oven is the safer way to go. I might strip them and see if they come up better if the are painted again.weirdfaceJune M from Oz
