I absolutely enjoyed it Liselle! I am going to try this way.... I have been trying to learn a better way of doing my hair. I think it doesn't look good the way I do it.. But I am still learning..

Lol, I'm trying to root like in that tutorial now, but I simply can't do one hair at a time. I guess I need to experiment with some new mohair and needles. My poor wallet :D

Thanks Kim for another great rooting tutorial! This one is brill! The other (first) one is no longer available, I went to the site and it's gone. So thank goodness you found this one.

Martina... you may want to change the type of needle you are using hun. I mean if you want to do less hairs per poke. Go to the search box at the top of the page here in the red bar and put in rooting... you'll find lots of recommendation for needles. You can also put in needles to get more :D

I learned that everyone needs to find its "own needle type" in the other topics :))) Lol! But I kind of like that triangular ones I bought some time ago. They work great on Harmony (smooth, harder vinyl) .Thinking about trying out 46G, though. It's been a while since I broke my last needle, I'm feeling up for the task :D

You go girl! Take the challenge! woohoo! :D

I like the 43 guage triangular needles, they only put in 1-2 hairs, and the length of the shaft of the needle is short and sturdy! I have tried almost all of the others and keep coming back to these.
I do agree, everyone has to find their own favorite needles. Still haven't gotten the hang of the German no barbs (darn it). They seem to get a little cheeky with me lol

Sometimes these posts are old and the links only work for a while. This thread goes back 2 1/2 years hun, Sorry if they didn't work for you. Maybe try them again in a few days. I tried the first one and it actually worked for me. HUGS

I wasn't able to open the first one anymore, or rather, I was able to open it, but there was nothing there on hair tutorials. The second one does work, and it even has pix. :) I've saved it to my computer as well.
